As on the first night, the Sumner performance opened with several numbers by the Valley Chorale under the direction of their director, John Hopkins. The Singing Nuns then joined the chorale for Schubert’s Ave Maria.

The Singing Nuns then took the stage to sing several selections from their comprehensive repertoire. Edward Myers, who for the past several years has arranged most of their music, accompanied the Sisters on the keyboard. The second segment of the show, sung by both choirs combined, consisted of several pieces from the Sound of Music.
