Singing with the Valley Chorale
On April 19 and 20, the Singing Nuns joined the Valley Chorale for two joint performances in the Tacoma area featuring several numbers from the Sound of Music. The Valley Chorale is a 40-plus member chorus which sings all styles of music ranging from classical to country and broadway to ballads.
The first evening’s performance took place at the beautiful Rialto Theatre in Tacoma, Washington, a 742-seat facility built in 1918 and designed in the Beaux Arts style.
On the second evening, the concert took place at the Sumner Performing Arts Center.
